Retrofit WEST advice line - a great service covering South Gloucestershire (but not, as far as we know, Gloucestershire). 


SevernWye Energy Agency's PDF advice guides cover a broad spectrum. They also offer retrofit assessments for householders, landlords and businesses.


Centre for Sustainable Energy - low-carbon retrofitting guide, which covers the whole-house approach.


People powered retrofit - an independent, not-for-profit service that offers householders impartial advice on domestic retrofit from their base in Manchester.

The green register offer various online 'retrofitting traditional buildings' courses.
